There are many ways to incorporate this into office life: some of our solutions fit into the office space, some of them are even desktop based and we have partnerships to bring art pieces, artists, performances, workshops and real animals in your offices if that fits your needs.

We have partnerships with a company specialised in quantitative and qualitative feedback, with a cartoonist who can bring sense of humour into any difficult message and even with artists that can organise events around a particular message.

PART IV CONSISTS OF EXERCISES TO ANCHOR POSITIVE THINKING
The founder of The Change Manager took a two years sabbatical during which she travelled to Jordan’s dead sea and ancient city of Petra, the Sri Lankan jungle, the UAE desert for falconry, Delhi, Agra, Jaipur and the Himalaya, Namibia camping in the desert, climbing sand dunes and petting cheetahs.
Maud also went to Czech Republic, Greek Islands, Switzerland and France.
During that time Maud also received 250 hours of therapy, completed
250 hours of yoga, picked up new sports, trained as a therapist in two modalities, practiced transcendental meditation, reflected on her life, childhood, career and the world.
At the end of this two years’ journey, she felt she had transformed, and put together a condensed version of the steps that can be taken towards growth, happiness, fulfilment, enhanced self-worth and purpose to create this Transformational Program.
OFFICE SPACE REDESIGN
Research shows that settings influence behaviours to such degree that
behaviour forecasts based on settings are 90% accurate*.
This is very significantly higher than forecasts based on personality analysis.
Office design is a crucial factor in shaping employee behaviours and wellbeing.
In addition, offices often have many empty desks, insufficient amounts of meeting rooms and lack dedicated areas both for focused work and for informal meetings.
We have a partnership with a company with a ten years track record of successfully resolving these challenges. They also specialise in ergonomic furniture and in wellbeing.
Moreover, better integration and use of space can usually allows significant reductions in the square footage.
