We have been getting inspiration from the politics of Bhutan to create a workshop to assess the balance of employees in their lives (detecting any neglected area that would need a little support to be restored, so that the person can give the best of themselves again), we also have a tool to check team level: this is is our Employee Happiness Index. The areas it covers are on our Creativity page.
Collating this information enables us to create custom solutions that are a true fit to the team, the fastest and easiest way to restore balance & creativity.
