INTRODUCTION:

This program has many facets and many benefits, you may chose to focus on one or two angles.

The recording explains what options you have.
The information is also recapped in your booklet.
PART 1: YOU ARE COMPLETELY UNIQUE
DAY 1:

“Everyone is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid.” – Albert Einstein

Today's meditation is about becoming conscious about what you were always good at since childhood.
DAY 2:

“An empowered sense of self-love means you truly love and accept yourself as you would a treasured lover or a sweet, wonderful child, and that you do this from a place of strength of character and belief in yourself.”
― Amy Leigh Mercree
“There are only two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as though everything is a miracle.” – Albert Einstein

A visitor from outer space is coming to see you. So you need to make a list of all the characteristics that reflect you: this include physical description and everything that makes you you, so that the visitor knows who to look for.
DAY 3:
“Few are those who see with their own eyes and feel with their own hearts.” – Albert Einstein

Today you are going to make a list of everything you truly love.
DAY 4 :

“An empowered sense of self-love means you truly love and accept yourself as you would a treasured lover or a sweet, wonderful child, and that you do this from a place of strength of character and belief in yourself.” ― Amy Leigh Mercree

A visitor from outer space is coming to see you to give you a message. For him or her to find you, you need to make a list of all the characteristics that reflect you: this include physical description and everything that makes you YOU, so that the visitor knows who to look for.
DAY 5 :

"My hobbies include maintaining my physical and mental health. It's a full-time job. Yoga definitely helps for both of them. I'm a big fan of relaxing and not having a schedule. That's my best way to keep from going crazy" - Olivia Thirlby
"I don't want to be too strict, because I think kids can get rebellious, but I want to raise my daughter to be passionate about doing good things and pursuing real things and hobbies instead of frivolous materialistic stuff" - Holly Madison

To find you, a list of things you spend time on is necessary to complete your description.
DAY 6:

“Few are those who see with their own eyes and feel with their own hearts.” – Albert Einstein

“I used to spend so much time reacting and responding to everyone else that my life had no direction. Other people's lives, problems, and wants set the course for my life. Once I realized it was okay for me to think about and identify what I wanted, remarkable things began to take place in my life.” ― Melody Beattie

Today is about identifying everything you truly love.
DAY 7:

“There is nothing lacking in you. You came into this life as an abundant being. You remain as such. Free your heart and mind from anything but this truth.”― Renae A. Sauter

Today you are adding anything you would have missed from any of questions this week. It is a list from you to you, it completely doesn’t matter what everyone else thinks.
DAY 11:
"I used to spend so much time reacting and responding to everyone else that my life had no direction. Other people's lives, problems, and wants set the course for my life. Once I realized it was okay for me to think about and identify what I wanted, remarkable things began to take place in my life.” ― Melody Beattie

Is there anything you used to do and regret having given up (any sport, hobbie etc) or is there anything you always wanted to do and have not yet picked up?
DAY 12:

“After one look at this planet any visitor from outer space would say 'I want to see the manager’” - William S. Burroughs

“Forget scientists. The next space launch we should send up painters, poets and musicians. I’d be more interested in what they discover than anything that takes place in a test tube.” ― James Rozoff

What message (s) would you like to hear from the visitor? It can be about you, about planet or one of each.
DAY 14:

“The reason you exist is because your journey and everything you learned along the way is important.
See it and share it.” ― Maud Cuenin

Today you are ready to share.
Let's relax for a few minutes before you do.

Today we are revisiting something that felt like a bad experience but that was in fact teaching you valuable lessons that have carried you through life.

DAY 24:

"A human being is a part of the whole called by us universe, a part limited in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feeling as something separated from the rest, a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest to us. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty.” – Albert Einstein.

What thoughts does this trigger in you?

"The human being is a part of the whole called by us universe, a part limited in time and space.

DAYS 37 - 40:

For five days, the focus is on positive thinking.
Listening to the podcast is best in the morning as soon as you wake up as this is when the neural paths activate for the day: it is similar to programming a GPS for a destination.

Day 37 - “Cultivate the habit of being grateful for every good thing that comes to you, and to give thanks continuously. And because all things have contributed to your advancement, you should include all things in your gratitude.” ― Ralph Waldo Emerson
Day 38 - “Acknowledging the good that you already have in your life is the foundation for all abundance.” ― Eckhart Tolleteful

Day 40 - “There are only two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as though everything is a miracle.” – Albert Einstein
This part of the program currently includes five days to get into the habit of being happy with everything you already have or ever had but fully anchoring a positive mindset takes 14 days, so you are invited to carry on practising this every morning for two weeks, with or without a recording.

There are amazing and incredibly inspiring real life examples of people being happy despite very severe hardship in YouTube under "HUMAN Extended version VOL.3" (by Yann Arthus-Bertrand).
If you want to save time, you can start at 3mns 40 seconds to go directly to the relevant part.
DAY 41:

“At the end of the day, let there be no excuses, no explanations, no regrets.” ― Steve Maraboli

Today is about whether the program was useful, whether anything has changed in you and / or around you.
Also whether what you have heard from the rest of the group has been useful or interesting to you.
And finally to decide what you want to share tomorrow.
DAY 42:

Let's chill before you share with your group.
CONCLUSION & NEXT STEPS:

I hope this journey has been interesting, fun, and sometimes surprising.

I hope it triggered some decisions in the direction of growth, happiness, harmony and fulfilment, some realisations, some laughter, some tears, some forgiveness, and some new friendships.
